Jesus recycled a parable - He used it twice, with different applications. What's the most powerful word in the Bible? We could make the case that the "atom bomb" of Scripture is the word, "propitiation." It sounds technical and theological, but the propitiation made at the Cross is "ground zero" for everything God is doing, and everything we need. "Grace" is a potent word, but grace could not have reached us without the sacrifice that satisfied the justice of God. When a man asked Jesus about eternal life, why did the Lord point him to Mount Sinai and tell him to start climbing?
