Neil Armstrong was not the first human to set foot on a new world - that was Noah, when he stepped off the ark. The Earth had been cleansed of its sin. It was a chance for man to start over. There was room on the ark for more people. God saved 8 through the Flood, but He would have saved 80 or 800 - He would have saved all of them. He is "not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance," Peter declares.
