If I were to use the phrase, "second Pentecost," you might think of Acts 10, and the Spirit falling on the household of Cornelius and the Gentiles. Jim has something else in mind.There's a noisy miracle, a crowd, lots of commotion...Peter stands up and preaches a blistering sermon...thousands are saved.
