One way to lose the cultural war is to surrender. Over and over again we've seen churches bow the knee to the world's dumb idea du jour - not at gunpoint, not because of threats from the government - just due to social pressure. Universities and organizations that were started long ago by Christians to be a kind of eagle's nest have been turned into snake pits.
