The infant church had problems! This group was led by the very men who had walked and talked with Jesus. The Holy Spirit had come to unify and empower believers. We might expect that such a church would be a slice of heaven on earth. And in fact there was sweet fellowship, and a sense of purpose there. But there were humans, with their human needs and human blind-spots. Here's Pastor Jim to open a sermon called, The Growing Church.
